We collect user details necessary for operating training portals, creating user logs, and conducting placement preparation assessments:

• Profile data: Full name, institutional email address, role (admin, mentor, student).
• Academic logs: Assigned colleges, cohorts, training logs, attendance entries.
• Grading scores: Marks obtained in quizzes, assignments, projects, and adjustment points.

2. How Data is Handled

All academic logs and performance metrics are utilized strictly to compute leaderboard scores, generate progress graphs, and coordinate campus recruitment initiatives. We do not sell or monetize personal profile details.

3. Role-Based Data Isolation

Our database implements strict Row Level Security to ensure users only access information relative to their role:

• Students can access only their own scores, personal attendance, and general cohort rankings.
• Mentors can view student logs and enter scores but cannot manage college registries.
• College admins hold structural control over cohorts and college members.

4. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy as platform features expand. Users will be notified of major policy adjustments upon portal sign-in.
